All tours depart from Sant’Agostino Pier, located directly in front of Como Lago train station. It is easily accessible by foot from the city center and well-connected by public transportation. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before departure.
To confirm your booking, a deposit is required on the website, which is already included in the total price displayed. The remaining balance will be paid directly to the captain on the boat, either in cash or by card.
Tips (gratuities) are not included in the price, but are always appreciated. They are not mandatory.
In case of cancellation or no-show, the deposit (about 20% of the total price) will be retained as a cancellation fee. This policy helps us fairly compensate the captain and reserve your spot.
If you wish to change the date or time of your booking, please notify us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request depending on availability, but changes are not guaranteed without prior confirmation.

This is a shared tour. There will be between 5 and 9 guests depending on the boat’s size and the day’s bookings. It’s a great way to enjoy the lake while sharing costs!

Yes, children are welcome on board. However, we recommend booking a private tour for families with very young children for more flexibility and comfort.
