All tours depart from Sant’Agostino Pier, located directly in front of Como Lago train station. It is easily accessible by foot from the city center and well-connected by public transportation. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before departure.
To confirm your booking, a deposit is required on the website, which is already included in the total price displayed. The remaining balance will be paid directly to the captain on the boat, either in cash or by card.
Tips (gratuities) are not included in the price, but are always appreciated. They are not mandatory.
In case of cancellation or no-show, the deposit (about 10% of the total price) will be retained as a cancellation fee. This policy helps us fairly compensate the captain and reserve your spot.
